This project has been developed by The Breach Studios in which I've been working as a QA working aside the Design team. It has been developed in Unreal Engine 5. The goal was to learn as much as possible during the months I've been working on it.
My Contribution
Documentation: During my internship, one of my primary responsibilities as a QA team member was to meticulously document and report on all playtests conducted. This involved carefully recording identified bugs, gathering participant feedback, and maintaining comprehensive records of each test plan executed.
Playtesting Analysis: Analyzing and reviewing feedback from our game’s various playtests was essential to continuously improving the project’s quality. This experience allowed me to build and refine functions and workflows. I worked within development environments and managed relationships with both internal and external cross-functional teams, helping to bridge the gap between technical and creative stakeholders.
Team and Test Management: Additionally, I managed a group of 10 external playtesters throughout the internship, coordinating test sessions and ensuring that each playtester was equipped to evaluate specific features, edge cases, and behaviors across multiple game sessions. This role strengthened my skills in organizing, guiding, and communicating within a team, essential qualities for QA work.
